Consent and Contracts Workshop

A workshop on energetic agreements, everyday choices and reclaiming your power.

What have you agreed to – consciously or not – that's still shaping you?

Some agreements are obvious – you said yes, you signed the form, you made the commitment. Others are harder to spot – the things you never explicitly agreed to, the roles you stepped into, the emotional contracts that still tug at your energy years later. Whether physical or spiritual, spoken or silent, many of these agreements are still running in the background.

This workshop helps you pause and take stock. What permissions have you given and to whom? Where is your energy tied up? What's still operating without your full awareness or ongoing consent?

In the morning we'll explore consent – both in your real life and your spiritual or energetic life. We'll look at the different types of consent – explicit, unconscious, assumed, manipulated – and how to recognise when yours has been taken, bypassed or given under different circumstances that are no longer right for you. You'll learn how to reclaim consent and begin re-establishing sovereignty on your terms.

In the afternoon we'll turn to contracts – both physical and energetic. Marriage, employment, rental or mortgage agreements, to name just a few – even when these end on paper, the emotional and energetic ties often linger. Some contracts may go deeper, like soul-level agreements, past-life bonds or spiritual pacts that still feel active in some part of your life. You'll learn to recognise what's still binding you and how to begin releasing it.
