These Terms and Conditions apply to all classes, workshops and masterclasses provided by Your Natural Self Ltd (YNS).
Please read them before booking.
Your Natural Self Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 13289457.
For booking enquiries or cancellations, please email kanina@yournaturalself.co.uk.
All classes, workshops and masterclasses are delivered live online via Zoom.
Details of dates, times, course content and fees are provided on the relevant website pages.
YNS may make reasonable changes to teaching content or arrangements where necessary. If a significant change affects your booking, you will be offered a suitable alternative or refund.
Spiritual development is an individual process, and YNS does not guarantee any particular level of progress, ability or personal outcome from attending its classes, workshops or masterclasses.
Places on weekly classes are subject to a short interview with Kanina Wolff, usually conducted via Zoom.
If accepted, you will receive an acceptance code and payment instructions. Please do not make payment until your place has been confirmed.
Workshops and masterclasses can be booked directly through the website, subject to availability and any stated entry requirements.
Payment is accepted through the methods offered at booking, including PayPal or bank transfer where available.
Payment of the full term fee may be split into instalments by prior agreement.
Your booking is confirmed once YNS has accepted it and received the required payment.
Each booking is for one participant only. Additional people may not attend or participate under the same booking without prior permission from YNS.
You will need access to Zoom, a suitable internet connection and appropriate equipment.
Please ensure that Zoom is updated before attending.
YNS does not provide replacement sessions or refunds for classes missed because of personal circumstances or problems with your equipment or internet connection, unless required by law.
Late arrival: Admission to classes and masterclasses is not permitted once teaching has begun. For longer workshops, a short period of late admission may be allowed at YNS’s discretion. No refund will be given where admission is refused because of late arrival.
Sessions are not recorded and recordings are not provided.
Participants must not record or distribute any part of a session without written permission.
If you need to cancel, please email kanina@yournaturalself.co.uk.
More than seven days before the start date: You will receive a refund, less a cancellation charge of 10% of the booking fee, up to a maximum of £15, to cover reasonable administration and payment-processing costs incurred as a result of your cancellation.
Seven days or less before the start date: Cancellations at this stage may result in the loss of the full booking fee, particularly where your place cannot be filled. Any amount retained will reflect the financial loss incurred by YNS, taking account of whether the place can be filled and the circumstances of the cancellation.
After a term of classes has started: Your booking is for the full term and your place is reserved for you throughout. As new students cannot join a class partway through a term, a place that becomes vacant after the term has started cannot be filled.
If you withdraw after the term has started, you may therefore remain liable for the full term fee, whether you paid in full or by instalments. Any amount retained or remaining payable will reflect the financial loss incurred by YNS and will be assessed fairly in the circumstances.
Missed classes: No refund will be given for an individual class that you are unable to attend because of personal circumstances, including illness, holidays or other commitments.
Leaving a workshop or masterclass early: No refund will be given if you choose to leave a workshop or masterclass before it has finished.
Any refund due will be calculated fairly, taking account of the circumstances and any applicable statutory rights.
As these activities are primarily provided for personal development and enjoyment and take place on specified dates or during specified periods, they fall within the leisure activities exemption in Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Accordingly, the usual statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply to bookings covered by this exemption.
Cancellations are instead governed by Section 5 of these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If YNS cancels a complete term of classes, workshop or masterclass, you will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer your payment to another event.
If an individual weekly class is cancelled because of illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered wherever possible.
If the replacement date is unsuitable, or no alternative can be arranged, you will receive a refund for the affected session.
If YNS is unable to complete a term of classes, you will receive a refund for any remaining sessions that cannot be provided.
Teaching materials supplied by YNS are for your personal use.
They must not be reproduced, distributed, published or used for commercial teaching purposes without written permission.
This does not prevent you from using the knowledge and skills gained through your studies.
Participants are expected to treat the tutor and fellow students with courtesy and respect.
Participants must respect the privacy of others and must not disclose personal information or experiences shared by fellow participants outside the session without their permission.
Participation in spiritual development activities is voluntary. Participants are encouraged to exercise their own judgement and may choose not to take part in any particular exercise or activity.
YNS may address behaviour that seriously disrupts teaching or affects the wellbeing of other participants.
Where necessary, YNS may end a participant’s involvement. Any such decision will be handled fairly, including consideration of any refund due.
YNS will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful or affects your statutory consumer rights.
Personal information provided when booking or attending an event will be handled in accordance with the YNS Privacy Policy.
YNS may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The terms applicable to your booking will be those in place when your booking was confirmed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
