Energetic cords — we all have them but why are they there? Do we need them? What is their purpose? What is the difference between a healthy and unhealthy cord? How can we work out which is which and then, more importantly, remove the ones that aren't so good for us or that we might have outgrown?

Learning about cords and how to deal with them is an essential component of good energy management and can significantly contribute to our overall wellbeing. In this two-and-a-half-hour experiential masterclass, we will explore all of the above and students will be taught how to identify and safely clear cords for themselves.
