Private Practice Supervision

If you are the container holding your clients, who is the container holding you?

What is supervision?

Supervision is a structured, dedicated space where you bring your client work. Not to be assessed or judged, but to be supported. It is where you reflect on the work you are doing, the decisions you made, your processes, the dynamics you noticed, the moments that challenged you, and the direction the work is heading in. It offers you another perspective – a space to problem-solve, think out loud, and work through the moments where you're not quite sure what the right next step is.

It holds both the practical and the personal aspects: the work itself, and how you are showing up within it. Good supervision keeps you grounded, clear and accountable. Not just to your clients, but to yourself too.

Why it matters – especially when you work alone

In clinical settings, supervision is built in. Hospitals, counselling services and therapy practices treat it as a professional requirement, not an optional extra. When you work independently, that structure disappears.

But the need does not disappear with it. Working independently means you carry your client work without a team around you. Supervision gives you back the space to set it down, look at it clearly, and pick it up again with fresh perspective.

If anything, working alone makes supervision more important, not less.

A space designed for the way you actually work

Many traditional supervisors operate within clinical frameworks. If your work includes intuitive, energetic or somatic elements, you may have found that those spaces do not quite fit - that there are things you cannot easily say, or aspects of your sessions that do not translate.

My supervision is built for practitioners working in holistic, spiritual and integrative ways. You can bring the full picture of your practice, including the parts that are harder to name, and be met with understanding, not scepticism.

I currently work with:

  • Spiritual counsellors
  • Somatic practitioners
  • Psychics and mediums
  • Energy healers
  • Animal communicators
  • Spirit release and space clearing practitioners
  • Integrative and holistic practitioners

How it works

Sessions are typically an hour long and held monthly, though the shape of supervision is adapted to suit each practitioner. Everything takes place online and fees start from £70 per hour. So, wherever you are based, there is space for you here.

About me

I am a fully trained, trauma-informed Spiritual Counsellor, accredited with the CMA, working in an integrative way across counselling, somatic therapy, energy work and intuitive practice.

I have been supervising students and practitioners since 2019, and hold APT-accredited Level 2 training in Providing Good Clinical Supervision. For a decade I was both a student and teacher at Sue Allen’s School of Intuition & Healing in London. I tutored on the CMA-accredited Spiritual Counselling Course, facilitated three levels of psychic development evening classes and workshops, as well as teaching internationally. I continue to run a busy online practice with a global client base.

Teaching and working at that level means knowing your subject inside out. It is the foundation of the supervision I offer.

And yes, I also make sure I have regular supervision too.
