This beginner-friendly spiritual development course, held over eight evening classes, is designed to help you build a strong foundation in understanding how psychic and intuitive abilities work. Through practical tools, engaging discussions, and guided exercises, you’ll begin to explore your own potential in a safe, grounded way.

You’ll also be introduced to important aspects of personal growth that naturally align with intuitive development – such as building self-trust, overcoming doubt, and developing confidence. This course encourages you to tune in to your own experiences, work with your truth, and begin to trust the guidance of your intuition.

What You'll Learn

The course will cover, but not be strictly limited to, the following:

• How and why we experience intuitive perceptions
• The different psychic senses (the "clairs") – clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, and more
• Introduction to chakras and the aura
• Energy management techniques – grounding, protection, opening and closing safely
• Spiritual hygiene – what it is and how to practise it
• Understanding your unique psychic abilities and how to work with them
• Introduction to working with colour and symbols and how to deconstruct their meanings
• Meeting your Spirit Guides and learning how they support you
• How to communicate with your own soul
• Setting healthy spiritual and energetic boundaries
• Strengthening your trust in yourself and your intuition
• Ethics, responsibility, and safe practice in psychic and spiritual work

Each class blends theory with practical exercises to help you integrate what you learn. Regular handouts will be provided, so you can continue your development beyond the classroom.
